Manager of Support Services Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced veterinary hospital? At Austin Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (AVES) , we have recently expanded—adding new doctors, enhancing our services, and growing our departments—now operating in our brand-new, state-of-the-art 45,000 sq. ft. hospital. We are seeking a Manager of Support Services to join our Leadership Team. In this role, you will oversee hospital operations, manage logistics and resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team dedicated to supporting high-quality patient care—all while contributing to the hospital’s strategic growth and mission. About the Role: The Manager of Support Services is a key member of the Leadership Team and reports directly to the Hospital Director and Medical Director. This role is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of Support Services across the hospital, ensuring that all infrastructure, equipment, materials, and operational systems are maintained to support high-quality patient care.
