Sales Coordinator

Job description

The Sales Coordinator will be dedicated to assisting the sales team promoting sales and participating in various off-site sales events. The Sales Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to exceeding the customer’s expectations. KEY TASKS: § Enthusiastically embrace the MarineMax values by assisting the sales team with sales events and promotions and prospecting to increase sales. § Invites customers to sales dock and provides customers with sales information, brochures and publications containing sales, special events and promotional information. § Confer with customers in person or by telephone to answer questions regarding sales, events or promotions including schedules, locations and points of interest, restaurants, hotels, dock space, or other marina accommodations. § Actively engage in phone sales, follow up calls and business networking. § Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions § Develop long-term relationships with customers. § Project a professional and knowledgeable image to all customers § Assist with creation of event flyers and other local sales materials. § Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. § Establish...
