Role Overview The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the DTC and Affiliate businesses. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to Marketing, Growth, and Commercial teams, delivering actionable insights, driving disciplined decision-making, and improving visibility into the key drivers of revenue, margin, and customer behavior. The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is expected to influence outcomes through strong business partnership and analytical leadership. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for DTC and Affiliate channels, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business strategy - Play a key role in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning cycles, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments - Own and enhance financial models to evaluate CRM strategies, customer initiatives, and consultant-related investments, providing clear recommendations to leadership Performance Management & Reporting: - Oversee the development, automation, and continuous improvement...
