Position Description Under the direction of the Campus Director, the Nurse Manager provides leadership and clinical oversight for medication management, administration, and overall nursing care across a large residential campus and chapter 766 therapeutic school, or across multiple scattered-site group homes in Walpole, MA. Through the supervision and support of Registered Nurses, Health Service Coordinators and Wellness Coordinators, the Nurse Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality, consistent health care services that meet the complex needs of youth in care. Grounded in a thorough understanding of the agency’s mission, treatment philosophy, policies, and procedures, the Nurse Manager integrates these principles into daily practice and guides the nursing team in doing the same. The role includes strengthening clinical practices, enhancing quality of care, and promoting a healthy, safe and therapeutic environment for youth.
