Information Technology Supervisor Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a strategic, people‑focused, and technically strong Applications Supervisor to lead our Customer Technology team, with primary responsibility for Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and its integrated customer‑facing systems.
