Database Engineer Level 1 (TS/SCI w/ Poly) Location: Annapolis Junction, MD: We are actively hiring a Database Engineer Level 2 to support mission-critical programs in a fully cleared environment . This role requires hands-on database engineering experience supporting systems of similar size, scope, and complexity. Clearance Requirement (Mandatory): - Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Core Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions - Support database architecture, administration, and performance tuning - Develop and manage short- and long-term database requirements - Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment (if applicable) Required Experience: Experience with: - Oracle - PostgreSQL - MongoDB - Redis - Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as SQL Developer - Experience supporting programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field - OR additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Nice to Have: - Experience with Elasticsearch
