The Role: In this role, your main responsibilities will be: Design and prepare OCM delivery drafts, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans aligned to specific AI use cases. Collaborate closely with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context, user personas, and change impacts. Apply the Kyndryl Organizational Change Management framework to develop tailored adoption strategies that support customer transformation goals.
