Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned) - Brand Strategy and Positioning: Refine and share our brand strategy to ensure alignment with our business goals and objectives - Media Execution: Manage all day-to-day brand and media programs, leading cross-functional teams to ensure all channels — owned, earned, and paid across physical, digital, press, social — are integrated and compelling to represent key brand objectives and revenue goals - Customer Acquisition: Design a repeatable brand-led customer acquisition flywheel to accelerate revenue growth where brand fuels demand generation and demand generation fuels brand; innovative customer-centric brand marketing efforts that build awareness - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform brand decisions.
