Job description

Overview A Senior Application Systems Engineer plays a critical role in the development, implementation and integration of software applications and systems. They contribute to the success of projects by designing efficient solutions, ensuring system performance, and providing technical support to stakeholders. The senior role performs project management functions for assigned projects. The core duties of this role include work of the same or similar nature of teammates. A working knowledge of telehealth, telemedicine, and video conferencing infrastructure and technology platforms (Epic, Cisco, Vidyo, Zoom, etc) is preferred. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications and systems. - Design, develop and configure software solutions to meet customer needs. - Implement and test commercial (off-the-shelf) and custom developed software applications and systems, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards. - Maintain and support applications and systems including problem investigation, issue resolution and performing system updates/upgrades. - Provide technical support to stakeholders, assisting with s...
