Job description

The Project Manager leads project activities and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and on schedule while maintaining compliance to global quality, regulatory, and clinical standards. The Project Manager provides expertise in balancing the competing project constraints, which include, but are not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. Minimum Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s degree is required. Project Manager I ◦ Manage multiple low to high complexity projects. ◦ Interface effectively with all levels of management and external customers. ◦ Success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment. - Minimum of one (1) year of tissue banking experience or project management experience.
