Overview Our RIDE General Manager is one who will create a unique, memorable, and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Aviator Nation lifestyle and brand image, while executing all studio operations and goals resulting in driving sales, ensuring a profitable studio, and growing our clientele and community. The General Manager will work with their team and instructors to make sure every person feels supported in their roles. The majority of your time will be spent motivating and directing the workforce, making daily staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, upkeeping studio and front of house presentations, and managing safety and security within RIDE. The General Manager will have an open and direct line of communication with Senior Management to most effectively hold a firm knowledge of brand direction and focus.
