Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job . Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. - Drives a van with passengers on a set route. - Greets clients and guests, providing additional customer service such as providing them with requested directions or assistance, as needed. - Records determined data, such as mileage and passenger numbers. - Tracks and arranges for maintenance of van, updating maintenance log and taking van for routine and as needed maintenance at determined location. - Provides general housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and safety of van and drop off lobby areas. - When requested , will adhere to other health and safety protocols, such as temperature checks, sanitizing van, wearing a mask, asking passengers to wear masks, and other tasks as identified. - Keeps calendar up to date in electronic health record with transportation appointments. - Uses GPS to ensure most efficient route is used. - Uses e-mail and cell phone technology to...
