Job Title: CNC Turret Punch Technician (Setup & Fabrication) Location: Newport News, VA Employment Type: Full‑Time | Contract‑to‑Hire Shift Availability: First and Third Shift (flexibility required based on production needs) Compensation: Starts at $30.00 + (depending on experience) Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Turret Punch Technician to support high-precision sheet metal fabrication. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating punch press equipment while ensuring consistent part quality and efficient production flow. This position requires strong technical knowledge of tooling, materials, and fabrication processes, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing production priorities.
