You will act as a dedicated resource to our managers and employees, translating HR policies into everyday solutions and ensuring our people processes are executed with precision. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you’ll have the autonomy to resolve routine employee relations issues from start to finish, ensuring our teams feel supported and our operations remain seamless. This role will report to the People Resources Manager. Responsibilities: Requirements: Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000.
