RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILIDADES - List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above KNOWLEDGE / CONOCIMIENTO- Describe any knowledge or skill (eg, technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which the position requires. - Manage current and new component design engineering and testing requirements to meet business objectives - Creating Design Concept based on customer inputs and develop PV testing plan. - Understanding of product costing and testing cost estimation is required. - Understanding of product manufacturing and processes which may impact quality, delivery, and cost. Also, an understanding of upstream processes and cost drivers. - Lead and support development of business plan that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability by performing market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys, gather customer requirements; initiating and coordinating development of action plans; develop business case / white paper with cross functional team support; and deliver technical RFQ response and negotiate technical points with pr...
