We are seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to drive operational excellence, process transformation, and project governance across the Finance organization. This role will lead the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve financial processes, increase efficiency, and enable scalable growth. In addition to leading process improvement initiatives, this role will provide Program Management Office (PMO) leadership for Finance initiatives, ensuring strong project governance, prioritization, and execution across the Finance portfolio.
