Junior Staging Designer

Summary of Role: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success. Properly scope the design project: - Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment. - Meet with the client to present any initial ideas; discuss and probe for any specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation. - Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases. - Create an installation road map. - Inform the scheduler of your needs, working within your reasonable deadline (negotiated between sales, the scheduling department, and the client). Successfully execute design projects: - Manage installation crew while en route to the project and on-site. - Complete the installation within the allotted time frame (typically 1 to 3 days. - Communicate your daily feedback and install requirements to sales and the scheduling department for each day prior to install or changes.
