Description The Packer I is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of Bean products by performing fundamental tasks to support production efficiency. This entry-level position focuses on making boxes, pushing boxes, blowing off beans, loading, and taping. The Bean Packer I plays a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow in the packing area while following safety and quality guidelines. This position is ideal for new ambassadors who are looking to develop skills in Bean operations with the potential for growth into higher-level roles. POSITION DETAILS: - Shift Times : 7:00AM - 3:30PM, M-F - Pay Schedule: Weekly - Starting Pay: $15.00/hr - This position is seasonal hire for up to 90 days.
