We’re currently seeking a hospitality-focused Custodian to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. Qualifications: - Perform floor care services throughout the community, including carpet and hard floor maintenance (floor care experience required). - Collect and dispose of large trash items in accordance with safety procedures. - Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in safe, working condition. - Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor. - High school diploma or GED required. - Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods. - Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal inst...
