Junior Partnership Coordinator Primary Responsibilities (±80%): Gift Card & Third-Party Partnership Management - Act as the day-to-day point of contact for third-party gift card partners - Manage operational coordination with partners such as retailers, gift platforms, and corporate gifting providers - Ensure smooth execution of partner agreements, promotions, and campaigns - Coordinate internal processes related to gift card sales through partners - Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure deadlines are met - Maintain structured documentation and clear partner communication Secondary Responsibilities: Affiliate Marketing Support: - Act as the internal liaison between the company and the external affiliate marketing agency - Coordinate affiliate-related requests that require internal action - Manage : Design requests (banners, visuals, promotional assets, Voucher and promo code creation, Campaign coordination and operational setup - Support performance tracking and campaign execution Online Marketing Support: - Provide ad-hoc support to the online marketing team - Assist with SEO-related activities and optimizations where needed Key Characteristics of the Role: -...
