Job Title: Caretaker – Nutley Edge Holiday Cottages, East Sussex Contract: Permanent: Hours: 30 hours per week on a flexible rota basis Salary: £21,606 per annum (additional overtime hours at £13 per hour) Location: East Sussex: Nutley Edge is a charity owned site near Uckfield in East Sussex and on the border of the beautiful Ashdown Forest offering high quality self-catering holiday lets on an 11 acre site of fields and woodland. Our farmhouse, yurt and holiday cottages are used for supporting people with learning disabilities on group holidays alongside some general holiday makers, short term lets to local people and group stays. About the Role: We are looking for a new caretaker to join our small friendly team. You will need to be reliable, honest and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and pride in your work. Experience in building maintenance, general repairs and grounds work is required. You will need to be physically fit to perform manual tasks and outdoor work.
