IN A NUTSHELL…: Bellroy has been quietly building something. For the last 18 months, a cross-functional group of people have been steering continuous improvement; mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering better ways of working across the business. They've automated NetSuite inbound transactions, redesigned staff ordering processes, and are currently rearchitecting how we manage spare parts. And the momentum they’ve built is exactly why this role now exists. What the team has built, works, and it's time to give it the dedicated energy it deserves. As Bellroy's first full-time CI Facilitator, you'll be the connective tissue of the team. You’ll be the person who keeps it moving: facilitating the team's ways of working, coordinating improvement projects across the business, and making sure initiatives progress from idea to implementation without losing momentum along the way. You'll work across almost every function at Bellroy: Operations, Production, Finance, Sales, and beyond.
