Student Services Coordinator UMGC Asia: Overseas Contingent III, Full-Time 100% FTE, Grade 003 Location: Yokota Administrative Headquarters, Japan: The Student Services Coordinator reports directly to the Associate Director, Academic Operations and Student Services. Each coordinator provides subject matter expertise for his/her area of specialization while also being cross trained to provide service in each specialized area of student services (admissions, enrollments, GoArmyEd, transcripts, grades, records, financial aid, veteran’s affairs and other areas as needed). The Student Services Coordinator provides training, support, and policy enforcement oversight, and implements strategies for increased operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and positive stakeholder relationships. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Develop and maintain training and certification programs for his/her area of specialization and provide training for Military Education Coordinators and staff as needed.
