In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment for Director‑level and above positions across our global network, helping shape the leadership talent that drives Catalent’s mission of delivering hundreds of life‑enhancing medicines to patients worldwide. As part of Catalent’s HR community, you will partner closely with senior executives, influence hiring strategies, and contribute to enterprise‑wide initiatives that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities.
