Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and workflows. Ensures costs, including labor, pharmaceutical, supply, and other expenses are within budget. Performs duties of a managing pharmacist in accordance with all federal and state regulations and accreditation and certification requirements. Performs all duties of a clinical community pharmacist. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervises staff, students and residents as assigned which may include: recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, staff development, counseling, disciplining, scheduling, payroll and conducting staff meetings. Serves as a resource to the pharmacy team in the provision of pharmacy services.
