This position manages and evaluates a variety of financial functions requiring knowledge application of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance. The position manages the Accounts Payable functional area ensuring quality internal and external customer service, effective teamwork, and compliance with applicable agency/State laws and regulations; reviews and approves accounting transactions; performs complex and varied analysis and reconciliations; and develops, interprets, and evaluates processes to ensure compliance with applicable agency, state, and federal policies and procedures.
