QUALITY INSPECTOR Pell City, Alabama: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Quality Inspector to perform detailed post operative equipment analyses and supports quality inspections to ensure accurate repair scopes and high quality documentation. Position reports to the Quality Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: - Perform post operative inspections following established analytical procedures, including documenting as received conditions and capturing detailed photography. - Collect baseline data such as scale readings, clearances, and dimensional measurements, and coordinate grease sampling and shipment. - Assess consumables—including bearings, seals, packing, gaskets—for wear patterns and failure modes, and document findings for reports and training. - Generate comprehensive Reliability Inspection Reports with conclusions...
