Senior Logistics Analyst/Readiness and Fleet Management SME Work Location: Huntsville, AL: Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized) Relocation: Negotiable: IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst/Readiness and Fleet Management Subject Matter Expert . Working within the CPE AVN Fleet Management team, the Senior Logistics Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the CPE Aviation strategy and goal of creating a more sustainable and lethal aviation force. This position leverages advanced data analytics to enhance operational readiness, optimize flying hour costs, and ultimately reduce the burden on our Soldiers. The analyst will conduct predictive and diagnostic analysis of fleet-wide data from various Army logistics and maintenance data systems to identify trends, forecast readiness challenges, and provide actionable recommendations for data-driven decision-making. By analyzing flying hour and sustainment data, this position develops strategies to reduce operational costs and decrease the maintenance burden on soldiers without compromising mission effectiveness.
