Role Summary: The Project Manager will supply the best bespoke services in the PatSnap ecosystem, including delivering top quality training to enable, empower and engage our clients. This role is about turning access into impact. You’ll work closely with customers to make sure the PatSnap platform doesn’t just get implemented, it gets used properly and delivers real outcomes. You’ll support clients from onboarding through to later stages of their contract, running training sessions, re engaging teams where needed, and ensuring they continue to get value as their needs evolve.
