What we're looking for: A Regional Executive Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of several complex, multi-site locations organized by specialization. They will have full accountability for the daily program operations, including the administrative and fiscal operations, of their assigned programs encompassing a large operating budget. This individual must ensure quality treatment and compliance with all funding sources; maintain relations with current and potential funding sources; maintain and improve community relations; coordinate fundraising and other community activities; and research and ensure new program development.
