YWCA GLA provides direct services, empowerment programming, and advocacy to support marginalized individuals and families, especially women and girls of color, while working to challenge structural barriers to equity. Position Overview: The Case Manager will work closely with the clinical team, providing case management services for survivors, their loved ones, and groups. This includes assessment and implementation of a case management treatment plan for clients. This position ensures the integration of case management services into various aspects of intervention services including the 24-hour hotline, advocacy, and accompaniment.
