As the Food & Beverage Director at Concord Hospitality, you will lead and oversee all F&B operations within the hotel, including restaurant outlets, banquet events, and in-room dining. This position is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement innovative concepts and maintain service excellence aligned with Concord's core values.
