Job Summary Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Front Office. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and overseas special projects. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a variety of activities. The position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide calendar management for the CEO.
