Responsibilities & Qualifications: The Novelis Bay Minette, AL team is looking for Quality/Process/Lab Technicians to serve in the Cast House. The candidates in this role will be responsible for running the Casthouse lab equipment (ovens, quantometers, quality measuring devices, others), supporting root cause analysis, downtime tracking, development of report, and disposition of inputs, and ingots.
