Essential Duties & Responsibilities Shift Operations, Inventory & Quality Control (High Time / High Priority) Shift Team Leadership (High Time / High Priority) Shift Compliance & Safety (Medium Time / High Priority) Shift Communication & Coordination (Low-Medium Time / Medium Priority) Labor and Resource Management (Low Time / Medium Priority) - Execute and oversee second‑shift warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and dock activities. - Manage labor assignments, equipment usage, and workflow to meet shift‑level service, productivity, and throughput targets. - Ensure accurate inventory transactions through cycle counts, lot control, and timely resolution of discrepancies. - Enforce proper product handling, documentation, and identification in alignment with GMP/GDP and quality requirements. - Monitor shift KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service levels) and take immediate corrective action when performance deviates. - Maintain a clean, organized, audit‑ready work environment with safe, functional equipment and compliant work areas. - Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and escalate risks that may impact service, safety, or compliance...
