. This is a pivotal role where you will transform design data into high-tech, unmanned flight technology, ensuring our production growth is aligned with our ambitious quality and output targets. Tasks: In this role, you aren’t just managing the production floor—you are architecting the entire production process. Your key functions will include: - Departmental Leadership : Establishing and leading the Production Department to meet agreed-upon quality and production milestones. - Manufacturing : Overseeing the manufacturing and assembly of prototype and production Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including ground support equipment and Remote Pilot Station (RPS) parts. - Operational Excellence : Developing production and procurement processes that fit seamlessly into the broader Dufour Aerospace process landscape. - Resource & Interface Management : Forging efficient collaboration with the Engineering, Flight Operations, and Quality departments. - Infrastructure & Planning : Managing the production plan, annual budgets, rolling financial forecasts, and the adoption of critical IT tools like PLM and ERP systems. - Supply Chain & Quality : Owning supplier management, procurement, logist...
