Benefits: - Employee discounts - Training & development SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC – RENTAL & SERVICE TECHNICIAN: 🚜 Job Summary The Small Engine Mechanic – Rental & Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing rental equipment and small engine tools. This role ensures our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer-ready at all times. In addition to mechanical work, this position assists customers by demonstrating proper equipment operation to ensure safe use and prevent damage due to improper handling. This is a 30–40 hour per week position and may require some Saturday availability. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Equipment Service & Repair: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small engines and rental equipment - Service mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other outdoor power equipment - Perform preventative maintenance on rental fleet equipment - Inspect equipment before and after rental for safety and functionality - Maintain service records and document repairs Rental Support & Customer Safety: - Demonstrate proper and safe operation of rental equipment - Clearly communicate usage instructions and safety guidelines - Answer customer questions regardin...
