SUMMARY: The Director, Lease Administration directs the delivery of lease administration activities and ensures service delivery meets objectives, collaborates with relevant concerned parties on related matters including providing input into portfolio strategy and optimization, operational excellence and continuous improvement. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunity areas to optimize lease administration processes and tools. Leads the review, development, implementation and improvement of policies, processes, tools/technologies and resources. - Service Delivery: Directs service delivery of lease administration services for assigned account(s). Ensures service delivery meets established key performance indicators and all client obligations are met. - Client Relationship Management: Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients. Proactively anticipates and mitigates potential issues.
