CRST The Transportation Solution is seeking a Government Services Director to lead the strategy, growth, and execution of our U.S. military freight program across all service branches. This role is built for a proven DoD freight leader who has owned carrier performance inside the Defense Transportation System and brings the credibility to shape long-term relationships at the installation and program level. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how government freight truly works - tenders, compliance, agent networks, and capacity - and can translate that expertise into a scalable program that drives meaningful growth for CRST and reliable service for the men and women of the U.S. military. How You'll Work: - Location : Preference for candidates open to relocating to Birmingham, AL (Flatbed Solutions HQ). - Travel : Up to 50%, based on installation engagement, agent development, and business needs - Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $90,000-$150,000 per year.
