About the Role Jefferies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead to join our Securities Finance Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in modern Java, Spring Framework, and AWS cloud services, combined with strong leadership capabilities and experience in Securities Finance or Prime Services. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with global stakeholders, and help design and build scalable, resilient, and high‑performance systems supporting front‑to‑back securities finance workflows.
