Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time CT Specials Technologist to work in our Cat Scan Department. The CT Technologist is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all CT activities at Cabell Huntington Hospital and the Byrd Clinical Center. CT technologists ensure the quality of services rendered is acceptable. Confirms orders, documents, medical necessity, and pre-authorization on all CT orders. Provides radiological care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Operates CT units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed. Position related duties: To be considered, candidates must have their ARRT, WV Medical Imaging license and CPR certifications. A CT Certification is strongly preferred. One year of experience is preferred. - Performs venipuncture as required for exam.
