Reuters is looking for an ambitious publishing editor to work on our fast-paced Global News Desk. Expect to work alongside award-winning journalists in a global news organization long recognized for its commitment to accuracy and fairness. Play a role helping us evolve digitally to stand out from the crowd for everything from business to world events. The role will be based in our Los Angeles bureau, requiring an in-office presence of three days per week. Please note, you will be expected to work some weekend and evening shifts as part of this position. We're looking for an experienced journalist who is adept at crafting and honing stories that span geographies, industries and markets; from scoops and breaking news to quick-turn analyses and insights. The position demands an understanding of the needs of Reuters' wide audience, from financial and professional clients to the world’s largest media organizations and publishers, and a willingness to help lead us to new readers.
