You’ll tackle diverse projects, from renovations, equipment installation to grounds maintenance. This role will maintain facilities in Oklahoma City, El Reno and Tulsa. The Facilities Technician is Responsible for: · Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities · Install, repair, and maintain components and systems, such as fans, siding, windows, and doors · Maintain the grounds to ensure a clean, professional appearance · Operate tools and equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial work platforms · Manage outside vendors for approved maintenance and repair projects · Conduct regular safety checks and maintain fire extinguishers · Handle snow and ice removal as needed to ensure safe conditions · Stay on top of assig...
