Job Description Purpose of the role: To communicate the bank’s financial performance, strategic plans, and overall value proposition to a diverse audience of investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders to maintain the relationship between the bank and its investors. Accountabilities: - Development and implementation of comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation among the investment community. - Preparation and review of investor presentations and related materials. - Management of investor events and materials to effectively communicate the company's story to investors, and coordination of company's participation in investor conferences and industry events. - Development and maintenance of relationships with key shareholders, investors and new target shareholders with a comprehensive shareholder management programme. - Analysis of market issues for colleagues and senior management. - Engagement with investors and analysts and ensure appropriate communication, as well as excellent and timely responses to questions. - Management of and response to feedback on Barclays business performance from Investor Relations Stakeholde...
