American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 The 2nd Shift Van Driver is responsible for driving the hotel’s shuttle van, providing safe transportation for hotel guests. Additional destinations and driving tasks may be assigned by management as well as other duties when the van is not operating. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Acquire all necessary arrival and departure information from the Front Desk. - Coordinate pick-up, drop-off, and express check-in process with the Front Desk. - Complete all pick-up and drop-off runs as assigned. - Communicate check-in venue and hotel information to guests. - Assist guests with luggage and baggage handling and familiarize them with the conference center. - Assist in the storage of guest luggage. Pick-up or deliver luggage to guests’ rooms. - Solve guest-related problems within scope of authority. - Assists guests with providing information about the surrounding area (i.e., restaurants, activities, events, etc.). - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the layout of the hotel and conference center along with knowledge of the services offered and operating hours of the different outlets in the hotel. - Provide guests with transportation to local...
