Bank SSD Assistant | Theatre Department | Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital | Private Hospital | Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Sterile Services Decontamination (SSD) Assistant to join our Theatre Department via the temporary staffing bank. The successful candidate will support the SSD team by cleaning, sterilising, and packing theatre instruments, ensuring all equipment is correct, safe, and ready for use. This is a physically demanding role , involving regular manual handling and heavy lifting. This position is offered on a bank (“as and when required”) basis , supporting staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for annual leave and sickness throughout the year.
