Employee Relations Partner

Job description

This role will report into the Sr. Director, Global People Partners and have a dotted line into our Internal Employment Counsel. This is a US focused role but will have opportunities to be involved or drive aspects of our International ER cases as well. Role will be hybrid, based out of our Palo Alto HQ office with at least 3 days in the office. There is a possibility for this role to be based in Austin depending on the candidates experience and expertise level. Responsibilities: - Serve as a SME and advisor on employee relations best practices and strategies to the HR BP’s, People Partners and the business - Conduct investigations to address employee concerns and provide recommendations to the HRBP, Legal, People Leader and stakeholders to determine appropriate actions - Collaborate with our internal Legal team to develop and execute investigation plans, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee relations matters - Partner and consult with Legal to ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies and practices related to employee relations cases - Liaison to external counsel on HR-related investigations - Create documentation and investigati...
