Warehouse Manager - Afternoon Shift Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer service while optimizing warehouse processes and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and best practices. Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; manage scheduling, performance, and development. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Coordinate logistics with carriers, vendors, and internal departments. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and space utilization.
