You are invited to apply to be considered for one of multiple vacancies of the same position. Job Overview: Act as team lead for Custodial Workers and maintain operating efficiency for assigned area. Essential Functions: - Inspect buildings for health and safety hazards. - Provide information for work orders. - Complete any project work deemed necessary by the Housekeeping Supervisor. - Clean furniture, walls, windows, floors, fixtures, and equipment. - Remove trash. Remove snow and ice from walkways. - Make minor repairs to equipment. - Inventory, pickup, or deliver supplies. - Train employees. - Follow Standard Operations Procedures. - Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education: High School Diploma or GED: Required Trainings/Certifications: Valid driver's license with an acceptable record Required Experience: Two (2) years of housekeeping experience. Some floor care and computer experience.
