The pay rate or range for this position is: $22.38 per hour Job Summary: Reporting to the Site Manager, our general laborer performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, lifting and moving materials for recycling, disposal or storage. Assists in a wide variety of functions involving manual labor tasks as needed. This position works under direct supervision of the Operations Manager. Job Description Assist maintenance and operations personnel in performing routine duties Perform repetitive movement with moderate to heavy lifting Perform general clean-up in all operational areas of worksite – maintaining neat and clean work area Report any potential operational or safety problems to supervisor Must adhere to all company and governmental safety rules, regulations and practices Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with supervisors and peers Must be able to work shift work – seven days a week – if required Must rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of thi...
